Robomize is Jonas H.’s AI and automation consulting business in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

What we collect and why

We collect your name, email, phone number, business and booking details, messages, and information you choose to share. If you buy services, we also receive billing and payment records.

We use this to respond, arrange your call, send reminders, follow up about your request and deliver work. Enquiries do not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Numbers supplied only for reminders are used only for reminders.

How information is handled

We don’t sell your contact details or pass them to other businesses to contact you with their offers.

Service providers handle scheduling, communications, payments, website operation and meeting notes for us. They receive information needed for those functions and may process it outside Canada, including in the US. We may also disclose information when legally required.

With your permission, meeting tools record audio, video and shared content and create transcripts and AI summaries for follow-up. You can have the meeting without recording or AI notes.

Website tracking

Third parties, including Meta, use cookies, the Meta Pixel and similar technologies to collect or receive site activity and information from elsewhere online for advertising measurement and ad targeting. This may include your IP address, browser information, pages visited and booking interactions.

Manage advertising choices through Meta ad settings or WebChoices. These choices depend on the provider and device and do not stop all tracking or ads. Our site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Your choices

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and retain it only as needed for these purposes or legal requirements.

Contact Jonas, Owner and Privacy Officer, at jonas@robomize.com to ask what we hold, request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, raise a concern or stop follow-ups. Some records must be kept by law. Reply STOP to stop texts from our business number.

We will post policy updates here, change the effective date and provide notice or obtain fresh consent where required.
